Flexability

In fully embracing the counselor's disposition of flexibility as a counselor in training I have embraced changes in multiple client settings and have explored creative solutions to make necessary accommodations. Not only on the scheduling side and making necessary scheduling adjustments, I have also participated in situations where clients have asked to seek telehealth sessions in areas that licensure limitations and ethics would not allow. Specifically where someone was leaving the country for a month and I reached out to local and external associations to further inquire about legal and ethical restrictions. Ultimately I was not able to accommodate the client's request , but made necessary requirements to demonstrate to the client my willingness to seek necessary clarity and solutions.
