Genuineness

In embodying the counselor's disposition of genuineness as a counselor in training, I have experienced challenging experiences where peers and classmates have engaged in unethical and unprofessional character where I have reflected on. In these moments I have had the opportunity to reflect on the importance of genuineness and seek support from leadership and have shared concerns. Embodying the quality of respecting honesty and integrity, as a counselor in training I strive to better myself and speak up when needed and uphold professional standards.
